Fleming Island Residential Home Remodel – DeMattia Residence

This home was damaged due to a plumbing leak at an upstairs bathroom. 75% of the home was damaged. We remodeled the upstairs and downstairs including the kitchen 100%.

The remodel included:

I want to thank you and your subcontractors for the work you performed at my house. First I’d like to thank you for spending the time and listening to Shanna and my vision, this trait enabled you to turn our vision into a workable, affordable and executable plan.

Our patio exceeds our expectations; you were able to tie the new patio cover into a difficult roofline and made it make appear to be part of the original house design. We can’t thank you enough for giving us this additional outdoor living space.

The inside of the house turned out better than the patio. Again your subcontractors are amazing, from the demo team working efficiently, minimizing the mess the best they could, and protecting the parts of the job that were not being touched. Your flooring, drywall, painters, plumbers, and electricians were all equally good. While they were on the property, they were very polite, neat, and always cleaned up after each day.

It is nice to have met a contractor that is as honest and responsive as you. You always promptly responded to our correspondence with a text, email, or phone call, and we always felt that you had complete control and oversight of the project.
